In general, Hawaii Kai to Kalihi Valley (ending at Middle Street)

Northern Boundary: The ridge of the Koolau Mountain Range from Kalihi Valley (Likelike Highway) on the western end till Makapuu Point on the eastern end.  

Eastern Boundary: From Makapuu Point on the northern end along the southern shore till Hanauma Bay and Portlock on Maunalua Bay on the southern end.

Western Boundary: From the ridge of the Koolau Mountain Range at Kalihi Valley on the northern end along the Western ridge of the Valley along the boundary of Fort Shafter Military

Reservation Eastern property line. The property line of Fort Shafter that runs on Middle Street until it reaches Nimitz Highway. Along the Fort Shafter Southern property line with Nimitz Highway in a westerly direction until Lagoon Drive. From Lagoon Drive and Nimitz, in the southwest direction until the termination of Lagoon Drive at the Reef Runway of Honolulu International Airport on the southern end.

Southern Boundary: From the sea shore of the Reef Runway at Lagoon Drive on the western end, along Keehi Lagoon, Sand Island, Kaka’ako, Ala Moana Beach, Waikiki till Diamond Head. From Diamond Head shore line along Kahala, Maunalua Bay and Portlock on the eastern end.
